Villa Sunset is the ideal place to spend your holidays between the sea, culture and leisure.
The structure has apartments, double, triple and quadruple rooms.
The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a third and fourth bed, a kitchen/living room with table/chairs and a French sofa bed (one and 1/2 square), a bathroom with shower.

The structure is furnished in a modern style, the apartments and rooms are equipped with excellent comforts: air conditioning, safe, fridge/freezer, hairdryer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, bed linen and bathroom set, free Wi-Fi connection.
In the common areas you can use the swimming pool with hydromassage tub, the umbrellas and deck chairs, the external showers and toilets, the large external verandas equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs, the laundry.
Breakfast, to make it more pleasant for our customers to wake up without worries and according to the times that each prefers, our structure provides a breakfast kit every day that they will find directly in their room or apartment with various selected foods such as: coffee, tea, cappuccino, fruit juices, yoghurt, packaged foods, as well as jams, rusks, croissants, tarts, etc.
We provide our customers with a map with various information on how to reach the most beautiful and evocative beaches in the area: Fontane Bianche, Oasi del Gelsomino, San Lorenzo, the nature reserves of Cala Mosca and the Oasi di Vendicari, the Isola delle Correnti which it is the southernmost beach in Italy.
Being our structure well positioned in the place, it makes it easy for our customers to reach tourist destinations such as Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Modica in a few minutes and make excursions in the countryside to admire places of extraordinary beauty such as Cava Grande and the Necropolis of Pantalica.
