The house has every comfort, and the kitchen is open and equipped for cooking for a family or friends. The mezzanine divides the two bedrooms, which are comfortable, with orthopedic mattresses, pillows of various sizes and percale sheets. The 30m2 terrace has a magnificent view of the city. A few meters from the building there is an elevator that takes you directly to the car park and the rest of the city. A unique and exclusive space.
