The apartment has just been renovated, internally with completely new furnishings and appliances, while for the outside the facade was thermally coated and the fixtures replaced for better acoustic and thermal insulation.
You will feel at home, thanks to every comfort present, from appliances, to free WI-FI connection, to an equipped kitchen for preparing a quick meal or an end-of-day dinner.
Upon entering you will find the bathroom on your left, complete with washing machine, iron and drying rack, with a spacious modern shower to relax at the end of the day or to start off on the right foot in the morning.
Leaving the bathroom and continuing along the corridor you will find the bedroom on your left, spacious, equipped with a balcony, air conditioning, chest of drawers or tall wardrobes with mirrors and hangers to hang your clothes.
Leaving the room you enter the bright living room, with a comfortable sofa bed, air conditioner, dining table or for smart working and a kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee moka, set oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee and all the kitchen utensils you need for cooking.
From the living room you have access to a balcony facing the courtyard, if you are a smoker there is an ashtray and smoking is allowed outside.
