The Carpe Diem Ancona is a new Guest-house located in a quiet area, but close to important communication routes. It is an apartment composed of 4 rooms (1 double, 1 single and 2 double or twin rooms of your choice) with some shared spaces such as the practical living area with kitchenette and the 2 bathrooms which, on specific request and with a surcharge, is possible get private.
All the rooms are in classic style with fine finishes, complete with Smart TV and air conditioning (except the single room). Room 2, double, has a small balcony from which you can enjoy a glimpse of the sea and the city.
Guests will have free access to their room, to the bathroom (shared or not depending on the reservation made) and to the living area common to all guests equipped with tables, chairs, a 42 “Smart TV and air conditioning. The living area is complete a kitchenette with oven, fridge, microwave, induction hob. The room has a balcony with a nice open view on the facing hills.
