The small house in the pine forest is located on Monte Tancia in a rural setting, close to restaurants, bars, tobacco shop, pharmacy, and the small village of Monte San Giovanni in Sabina. It is half an hour away from the Marmore waterfalls, the Santa di Greccio road, and its sanctuary. Beneath the 100 most beautiful skies of Italy, you can start trekking routes directly from home that lead to the Devil's Pools and the hermitage of San Michele.
The house has two floors; the first floor consists of a veranda with a fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, and a living room. The second floor has an attic with a double bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, a functioning fireplace, LED lights, and a Bluetooth stereo system.
