The name "LA' DI MODOT" is an ancient Friulian nickname given to the Danelutto family, whose descendants still live in the farmhouse today. The rural house, built in the early 19th century, has been modified and expanded over the years in different phases. It consists of several buildings with annexes, located along Bariglaria street.
The agritourism accommodation is located in a building adjacent to the main farmhouse, recently renovated. It is situated in the center of the village of Beivars, in the municipality of Udine.
The accommodation is spread over three levels. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a living area and a bathroom with laundry facilities. Wooden stairs lead to the two upper floors, where there are two double bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. Additional beds are available for a maximum of seven people.
The accommodation offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is also a closed and covered area used as a storage space for bicycles or motorcycles, with direct access from the street and connected to the accommodation. In front of the accommodation, there is a bar restaurant with a pizza service. Within 50 meters of the building, there is a Despar supermarket, a newsstand with a tobacco shop, a bakery, a pharmacy, and another bar.
The double bedroom is located on the first floor, while the room with three beds is on the second floor. Both rooms have private bathrooms and air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is also a living room with a double sofa bed, in case the entire building is booked for groups or families. A crib for children aged 0 to 3 years is also available upon request.
