The B&B is located 30 meters from the entrance of the Sant'Orsola Hospital, near the pavilions from 15 to 29, and offers very affordable rates for long stays. It consists of an independent apartment on the 1st floor of a historic building just outside the walls of the old town, recently completely renovated, isolated from the noise of the surrounding street and therefore very quiet and peaceful. The property has been fully furnished with new furniture. We have extensive experience with clients who visit the Sant'Orsola Hospital. The rooms can be arranged on request with a double bed or single beds, with the possibility of an additional third bed, and all have a private bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. The house has a convenient shared kitchen, where everything necessary for a quiet and private self-service breakfast is provided for guests, and it can also be used by guests independently for the preparation and consumption of meals. Guests are completely independent and there are no time constraints. The surrounding area has all the necessary services with parking available both nearby and in affiliated parking lots.
