40Zero24 is a large detached house on several levels. The structure, managed by private hosts, welcomes its guests on the entire first floor, giving the exclusivity of the stay in the booked period.
Breakfast is included, but due to work and family commitments, it is not served but you will find everything you need to prepare it yourself.
It is usually an Italian breakfast but we will be happy to accommodate your requests.
In addition to its own bedroom and bathroom, the B&B offers guests a large living area and exclusive use of the terraces furnished with tables and chairs.
In front of the structure there is a large public car park.
To guarantee better customer service, I alternatively rent the double room or the single room. The two rooms are available at the same time only upon explicit request of the customer in the case of groups or families.
In the coming months a third room will be made available for guests.
