The early 20th century manor has been renovated in the 1990s. The structure, built with thick stone walls, provides remarkable coolness in summer and relative warmth in winter.
The rooms, bathrooms, and porticos are completely finished in terracotta. The fixtures, doors, and furniture are made of solid chestnut. It extends over an area of ten thousand square meters, three thousand of which are dedicated to a garden equipped with a gazebo. Its distinctive feature is a enclosing wall that borders the garden, adorned with ancient cypress and pine trees.
The only B&B in Italy with a thirty-five thousand square meter eco-bio trail in the Cilento Park, near the sanctuary of Madonna del Granato. The breakfast is strictly eco-bio and is served under the coolness of the gazebo.
