The guest house is truly comfortable, well-kept, and very clean. It is 50 meters from the entrance of the Cipro metro. The owner of the establishment is very kind and provides all the necessary directions. The quality-price ratio is excellent. It is definitely an experience to repeat.

I stayed in this property for two nights and my overall rating is very positive, although with some distinctions. The check-in and check-out do not take place in the presence of the owner, but everything is managed remotely: you receive instructions and access codes, and this happens precisely and punctually. I appreciated this aspect very much. The only person you meet is the gentleman (really very kind) who takes care of cleaning the rooms. The property is very welcoming, tastefully furnished, and the cleanliness of the common areas and rooms is impeccable. The high-speed wi-fi connection works perfectly. Unfortunately, the rooms are not soundproofed and you can hear everything happening inside the apartment, including the shuffling of those living above. Therefore, you must hope to share the property with polite people who respect quiet hours, which is certainly not taken for granted, and this must be considered in the overall assessment. The bathroom is also tiny, and although I am not a giant, I hit my head several times against the shelf above the sink while brushing my teeth. Nothing serious; for a two-night stay, you can adapt. Breakfast consists of a coffee/cappuccino and a croissant at a nearby bar. However, in the kitchen, you can find packaged snacks and some packets of breadsticks, and the fridge contains water, fruit juice, and fresh milk. There is also a coffee machine with pods and a kettle with various tea filters, and this is not taken for granted: many properties only offer breakfast vouchers (or 'sad vouchers,' as I call them) to use at the bar. More often than not, not even that. So it's fine this way. The location was perfect for my needs, in a neighborhood where there is everything (shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, pizzerias) and very close to the Cipro metro station. It is not one of the cheapest properties, but I can say that the positive aspects far outweigh the negative ones, and for this reason, I think I will keep it as a reference point for my future travels to the capital.
