We stayed for 3 days at this property. It is located on the ground floor of a building half an hour's walk from the historic center of Cagliari. The property is new and consists of 5/6 spacious, clean rooms with a bathroom and a small outdoor area where you can relax and get some fresh air. Unfortunately for us, the fact of relaxing or resting was very tiring due to the annoying noise from early morning and in the early afternoon from the family living above. Shouting, noise, and continuous moving of chairs made it so that we could only rest at night because then at 7 everything started again. We were in room n.1, probably the one located below the residence. Perhaps in the other rooms, it is better, but in this one unfortunately not. The area is very quiet even though there is a school right next door.

Quando tutto è perfetto si cercano sempre difetti esterni 😉.
Abbiamo prontamente sfrattato gli affittuari del piano di sopra e gli abbiamo fornito un altro alloggio un po più lontano da qui, in modo che non si sentano rumori.
