The room is comfortable and well furnished, a super shower. Unfortunately, there is not a minimum of space to stay outside, you have breakfast at the bar. All in all, quite close to both the sea and the town but you always need a means of transport. If you want an electric bike, it's fine.

The owner Alessandra is very kind and always available. Modern renovated structure, located 100-150 meters (maximum) from the main street of San Felice Circeo. About 1 kilometer from the sea, but for us it was a very pleasant walk, close to all the restaurants and bars. We will definitely come back. I recommend the structure to everyone.
