The environment is very welcoming, it is furnished with taste and refinement. The person who manages it, the owner, is a very sociable, nice, tidy person and an excellent cook. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms inside them are equipped with everything needed. The sea view from the terrace is wonderful and, crossing the street, there is immediately the beach. From the B&B, it is easy to reach the center of Portorecanati and the other splendid locations overlooking the Conero. At the same time, you are not in a chaotic area. What more can you wish for? Perfect holiday.

The name could not have been more spot on. The sea is really just a stone's throw away. For someone like me who loves the sea, it is simply perfect! The breakfast on the terrace is splendid, of course with a sea view. Tina, the owner, is a wonderful, sunny, welcoming, sweet, and discreet woman. Not to mention an excellent cook! Her cakes (one different every day) are superb! Accompanied by yogurt, fruit, toasted bread, jams, fruit juices, coffee, tea, etc. It has absolutely nothing to envy to a hotel despite being a bed and breakfast. And I often frequent hotels and bed and breakfasts for work. She made me feel welcomed and pampered, really thank you from the bottom of my heart. The room is clean and has everything you need. The shower is spacious and functional. What more could you ask for? 110 and praise. Thank you Tina! I love you! ❤️

Actually, on the reviews there was mention of excellent breakfasts, but due to the low season, it was not provided for us. Cozy room, the bathroom a bit small but equipped with everything, with hairdryer and toiletry set. The very nice owner gave us information on places where we could have dinner. Definitely worth coming back!

Beautiful experience. Great location, right in front of the sea with various bathing establishments. Small but fully equipped room furnished with new modern style furniture. Modern and functional bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Breakfast on the little terrace with homemade pies by Mrs. Tina, biscuits, yogurt, juices, and fresh fruit, cappuccino like at the bar. Mrs. Tina very kind and very nice. Great location, on the promenade with many bars and restaurants. The only downside is the parking, a bit difficult to find, but it is also true that it was the week of Ferragosto, maybe at another time this problem might not exist as there are available parking spaces along both sides of the B&B street parallel to the promenade. Highly recommended.

Excellent structure just a stone's throw from the sea full of bathing establishments but also free beach. The room, although a bit small, is beautiful and above all very clean. Mrs. Tina is as welcoming as a true hostess and always available. Breakfast is always a surprise for her cakes.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast out of work necessity and found a newly renovated, modern, and clean structure right by the sea with the possibility of easily finding free parking in the area. Located in a very quiet spot in Porto Recanati with the possibility of direct access to the equipped or free beach (always well-kept and with splendid sea). The double room is small but perfect for us, being a short stay. The bathroom in the room is new and perfectly equipped. Breakfast is very well taken care of with homemade cakes and the landlady was super helpful for a late check-in and early check-out, preparing breakfast according to our needs... I would say more than recommended, we will definitely return!

Cozy and well-furnished structure, our room was very small but being there for 2 nights did not cause us any inconvenience. Close to the sea in a quiet area with restaurants, bars, and beach resorts located along the promenade. The owner is kind and helpful.

We stayed for three nights, strategic location, clean, comfortable room. Abundant breakfast, really good homemade cake, compliments to Mrs. Tina, dynamic, attentive, precise owner. Definitely recommendable. The Sea Just a Stone's Throw Away.

Excellent breakfasts, just steps away from the sea and close to the center thanks to the pedestrian and bike path. \nBreakfasts and cakes are the flagship, strictly handmade and with a jam that is out of this world.

The name really gives the precise description of the property, Il Mare a Due Passi, the sea is truly a stone's throw away, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, abundant and fresh breakfast every day, kindness and friendliness from the management, always available and excellent company! We will definitely come back.

We stayed for 4 nights and felt at home.\nThe owner Tina is 🔝 very helpful and chatting with her in the morning while serving breakfast with homemade pastries was a great pleasure.\nAlso very helpful with suggestions for the beach and various restaurants.\nThe B&B is very clean and really beautiful, all in a modern style.\nWe will miss it and will definitely return.

We are happy to have chosen 'Il Mare a Due Passi' for both the location features and for the lovely owner.

Weekend with friends. We were two in the smallest room. Despite it being small, we had a great time. Furnishings and cleanliness are impeccable. Optimal position of the structure, beachfront. Tina is super fantastic, helpful, and friendly. I recommend it and would come back for a weekend. It is advisable to book sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as restaurants, especially in the summer months.

Completely renovated structure, with all the comforts and just cross the street to be on the beach. Breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the sea, impeccable cleanliness, highly recommended.

We stayed at 'Il Mare a Due Passi' for a week and we really enjoyed it, Tina the owner is a treasure always ready to give advice, information on where to eat or where to go on a day trip, her breakfast cakes exquisite and the cleanliness truly meticulous. I hope to be able to come back again and I highly recommend it.

This bed and breakfast is really close to the sea. Modern structure, room a bit small but with all the necessary comforts. Adequate breakfast.

Great location. Welcoming, family B&B. Delicious breakfast with Tina's delightful cakes, the owner, a kind, skilled person who makes you feel at home. Modern style rooms, well-kept, not very large but essential. Beautiful little sea-view garden with a terrace where breakfast is served, always accompanied by a word and a smile. Highly recommended structure for cleanliness kindness location.

Pleasant and quiet stay. Both check-in and check-out were excellent. The room was small but well furnished, with a great mattress and air conditioning. Good cleanliness. The shared refrigerator with other guests was very appreciated. Breakfast was not served at the B&B, but with a voucher at a bar on the seafront two minutes from the room. The procedures and what we could order were not indicated, so we limited ourselves to the classic cappuccino and croissant. As already suggested to the host, we recommend adding a shelf at mirror height, a bedside reading light, and a couple of wall hooks in the bathroom. Quality/price ratio in line with the area's prices. Free parking in front of the property. Sea just a stone's throw away!

The owner is hospitable and very kind. We happened to be there on my birthday and without me saying anything, she made me find a delicious cake for breakfast. The structure is new and tastefully furnished. The location is excellent, really just a stone's throw from the sea.

We spent a few relaxing days, everything was beautiful, the rooms are new and welcoming, Mrs. Tina very well-prepared, very kind, in a word splendid, a warm greeting.

We stayed for only one night, but we had a great time. Brand new rooms with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, towels, and everything you need. Excellent and abundant breakfast served in the garden in total relaxation. Great location on the seafront that allowed us to park and take a nice walk with aperitif and dinner in some of the many seaside restaurants there are. Highly recommended, to be repeated!

Very cute, my room a bit small but I was aware of it. Clean. Very close to the sea, nice view. Decent breakfast. I expected one more towel change in the 4 days. However, I recommend it.

"Il Mare a Due Passi" by name and by fact. Very clean and well-kept Bed and Breakfast located in a quiet area in front of the sea, convenient if you want to enjoy the small beaches and relax without having to use the car anymore. Strategic because in a few minutes on foot you can reach the center of Porto Recanati, where you can eat in the many seaside restaurants, and strategic to visit in a few kilometers a large part of the wonders of the Conero Riviera. Here we leave a piece of our heart and surely part of our enthusiasm for this vacation was made by the kindness, hospitality, and cheerfulness that Mrs. Tina puts into her work. Thank you very much for pampering us every morning at breakfast with your fantastic sweets, for the pleasant chats, and all the tips you gave us. Highly recommended. Sara and Elena.

I stayed with my daughter for a few days in this bed and breakfast. We were very comfortable, in very clean rooms and pampered by Mrs. Tina with her homemade sweets.

Even though the property is not located in the center of Porto Recanati, it is still close to the beach and the sea. The environment is clean and welcoming, and Mrs. Tina is friendly and helpful. The abundant breakfast is served on an open terrace. We recommend it.

The structure is brand new, practically on the sea, in a residential area, where there is always free parking available. The B&B has all the useful and modern services, as well as the tranquility and silence to rest well. Mrs. Tina is very kind, helpful, and makes an amazing pie. In the B&B, there is a fridge with always fresh water, a little terrace to hang clothes, and a small garden to relax and have breakfast.

We stayed at this property for a week. The property is new, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The owner was very kind and available to give us some directions to visit very beautiful places that are not too far from the property (Conero Park - Numana - Sirolo). We will recommend it to our friends.

I stayed two nights with my family in this splendid Bed and Breakfast. The apartment, located facing the sea with a spectacular view of Monte Conero, is very welcoming. With 'Il Mare a Due Passi', you can reach the center of Porto Recanati in a few minutes on foot. Great courtesy from the owner who made herself available for all our needs. I stayed for one night at the B&B 'Il Mare a Due Passi' with my husband and our 3 young daughters: we made a resting stop, heading down South for the summer holidays. The location is new and very welcoming: it's located in front of the sea. The owner was very kind and helpful, even in agreeing on a suitable arrival time for us. Breakfast was served outdoors: the children were able to move around without disturbing the other guests, and we relaxed before leaving. Congratulations!
