I strongly urge you to moderate the tone of your response, which also contains many inaccuracies. 1) The key to the front door was never handed to us (we only had the room key) and when we returned, we were locked out, in the middle of the night, for about 30 minutes trying several times to call and ring without receiving any response. Instead of apologizing, the manager accused us of losing the key... hence my reaction (definitely not a fish market) of a person unjustly accused. 2) We didn't even set foot in the pool... let alone extra hours. I assure you that if we had lost the key, I would have been the first to admit it and apologize... but that's not what happened. The manners and kindness were lacking on your part, not on ours... go find the key that surely is somewhere there. Best regards.

Già’ il termine in se’ e’ una contraddizione in quanto raramente abbiamo incontrato nella nostra lunga esperienza di piccolo B&b persone tanto maleducate. Detto questo ci dispiace non si sia trovata bene da noi e che non abbiamo incontrato le sue aspettative…. forse si aspettava di poter rimanere ospite in piscina oltre orario di icheck out forse si aspettava altre cose di cui non siamo a conoscenza, senza considerare che, la sua sfuriata tipo mercato del pesce , e’ stata assolutamente insensata ma soprattutto per causa vostra: avete perso voi la chiave di entrata.. se anche non fosse stato così’ bastava dare un colpo di telefono.
