We had a great time at Maisonette B&B. Francesco, the owner, is truly courteous and very helpful. The only downside is that the room lacks a proper window, leading to poor ventilation and bad odors. The only opening overlooks an inner courtyard, with zero light. Concerning breakfast, it was not satisfying due to the lack of variety; it would have been nice to have yogurt, cereals, fruit, juices, etc. We also encountered issues with the tickets given to us upon arrival to use at the nearby pastry shop, as there was a misunderstanding between the B&B owner and the pastry shop owner regarding a small extra charge to pay. This situation was very unpleasant, but Francesco intervened to resolve the issue. Thank you very much!

Francesco, the owner, is very kind and helpful with his guests. The structure is modern and clean, just a stone's throw away from the historic center. The breakfast is excellent at the pastry bar Il Pasticciottino.

We stayed here in June 2016 and had a great time, strategic location, practically in the center. The owner was very kind and helpful. Must try.

B&B with excellent cleanliness and excellent rooms with a curated aesthetic. Very kind and helpful Francesco, the owner. Also recommended for the excellent central location and at the same time convenient if you need to move by car.

Stay from 29/06/15 to 05/07/15. Reservation confirmed well in advance by bank transfer sent in the first days of March, flattered by the kindness and gentleness of Mr. Francesco who assured me over the phone the assignment of the white and black room since we were 2 adults and a 13-year-old boy. Alas, upon arrival we were assigned the blue hovel: no window present and with a single high air vent from which entered the cigarette smoke of the guests from the white and black room who smoked on the inner terrace. What about the bathroom with a shower covered by a plastic curtain that stuck to the body? Nothing to complain about the availability of the cleaning lady, but we had to ask the owner for something to dry the river of water that was created during the shower; solution provided: towels... well, maybe it's the local customs. We were denied the room change even though in the other 2 accommodations with a loft there were 2 couples; on more than one occasion we understood that they were friends or regular guests... no comment. We have been traveling for over 20 years in Italy and abroad in all kinds of accommodations and I can say that with the same prices I have stayed in much better places in Sardinia. The room was so dismal that we anticipated the departure by one day even though we knew we would be giving away the fee; well, despite everything, Mr. Francesco also demanded €15 for the tourist tax and did not apologize or offer us a coffee. Thank you anyway for the terrible experience which I will remember.

The stay was almost perfect. The structure is very very nice and located in a quiet and central area of the city. We had a great time, we could use everything needed to cook without problems. Cleanliness ok, other services ok. The owners are very helpful and very friendly. We will definitely come back.
