The lady is very kind and very hospitable. The breakfasts were spectacular, moreover she prepared a different cake every day. I stayed in a single room with an external bathroom reserved only for me. The structure is taken care of in every detail and it really feels like being in a fairy house.

For a few years now I have been stopping to holiday in this property, together with my wife. The centrality (overlooks the Town Hall square) and the cleanliness of the apartment are joined by the hospitality and availability of the manager: elements that make you always feel at home.

Great stay. Well-maintained, clean structure, in the city center, well-served area. Mr. Gabriele was a fantastic host! Always available and very kind, the real added value to the B&B and the stay. Only note: very small bathroom and floor-level shower.

We were very satisfied and appreciated the superb location in the center with a view of the main square.

The location of the property in the most characteristic area of Assisi, wonderful hospitality, the owners were very friendly and kind, and made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

I decided to look into this sweet, little B&B on my trip to Assisi this summer for my next trip to Assisi in the spring. I wish I had stayed here this time around! It's a lovely family-run B&B with one large apartment for the guests. Very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bedroom looks out to the main piazza, so you're in close proximity to everything. The Caldari family is so cute, and they were nice enough to let me come and see the place. I'm so glad I did. I'll definitely be staying there in the spring!

This was the most wonderful place to stay! The apartment is way bigger than we expected having our living room, kitchen and eating area. It was decorated so beautifully from things found all around Assisi. The family that owns the B&B are the sweetest people on earth and they make you feel like family. The B&B looks over the main square in Assisi and is in the perfect location. I have been telling all of my family and friends to stay with them... and I hope to be returning soon.
