I reached out to Laura to inquire about staying for a week, I asked about the deposit and she never answered me, I asked a total of 4 times without a response. I placed a deposit, which she confirmed without noting a cancellation policy. 7 days later, I had to have emergency surgery which would prevent us from going on our trip. I immediately reached out to Laura asking for a refund and she is refusing to return it even though she never told me that it was nonrefundable. Very unprofessional!
