Dany's House is located in a semi-detached building on the second floor, so it is very quiet and private. You will have private entrance with balcony, air conditioning, small kitchenette, private bathroom in the room.

You will have the opportunity to park for free anywhere in the area. At 300 meters you will find the ZTL entrance to Sasso Caveoso, the center or the hospital Madonna delle Grazie.

Below the property there are many stores that will be useful to you and sell Km 0 products from our beautiful region. (Tobacconist, pharmacy, greengrocer, mini market, butcher's shop with products to taste fresh and sfizios, bakery with pizzeria.

We like to exchange books with our guests, in fact we own a small library of entertainment or books pertaining to the history of Matera and its traditions.

At your disposal are maps of the city and a small guide to Matera. If you wish you can book through us a wonderful guided tour of the Sassi of Matera or the Murgia Materana Park where you will see the beautiful Sassi at sunset.

We live next door to the B&B with an independent entrance, but with the knowledge of our presence should you wish, for any problem or clarification.

Breakfast, will be available to you in your studio apartment, but with the opportunity to enjoy it at the time you wish, with no time constraints.
