Caterina's House is a prime example of elegance and comfort in the heart of Rome, strategically located in the San Giovanni district, just a few minutes from the Colosseum and very close to the Re di Roma and San Giovanni metro stations. This spacious 150 square meter apartment has recently been renovated while maintaining high standards of interior design, featuring custom furnishings crafted by local artisans that blend seamlessly with the exquisite marble floors preserved for nearly a century.

Situated on the second floor of a historic building equipped with an elevator, the apartment is roomy and equipped with all modern amenities, including three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, a half bath, and two balconies that provide a pleasant view outside.

The bedrooms are arranged to comfortably accommodate our guests: the blue room features a king-size bed that can be separated into two singles upon request; the green room, which opens onto a balcony, boasts a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for a seventh guest; the pink room also includes a double bed.

Amenities include a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, such as a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine, allowing guests to prepare meals just like at home. The apartment is also fitted with air conditioning in every room, centralized heating compliant with Italian regulations, and high-speed WiFi.

In terms of accessibility, check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10 AM. Our neighborhood is not only quiet and safe but also offers numerous amenities within walking distance, such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable stay.
