Via San Carlo, 48 - SORISOLE (BG)
Sunnyside Rural House is located in the charming historic center of Sorisole, an ancient rural village perched on the surrounding hills of Bergamo. This residence, just a few minutes from the city, is an ideal spot for those wishing to immerse themselves in nature or explore the historical and cultural wonders of the region.

The spacious and bright apartment is situated on the raised ground floor of a typical 19th-century rural house that has been recently renovated. While modernized, it retains the charm of a bygone era through a skillful blend of stone and wood with contemporary elements. Originally, the upper level served as a barn, while the lower level housed a stable, a chicken coop, and a cellar for aging cheeses and cured meats. The main entrance, which opens onto a private courtyard, maintains original architectural features.

After ascending ten wide steps, guests are greeted by the living space, a welcoming area that combines the comfort of a lounge with the practicality of a dining zone. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional, featuring an induction cooktop, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, juicer, and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, ensuring everything needed to prepare meals safely and comfortably.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable mattress, cotton linens, a spacious wardrobe, and a dedicated makeup corner. Blackout curtains ensure restful sleep, and extra blankets and pillows are available for maximum comfort. The recently renovated bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Outside, a large terrace, once used for drying corn, is now a cozy and bright space. Although the view does not offer direct breathtaking panoramas, visitors can enjoy the lush hills of the Parco dei Colli, Monte Canto Alto, and various scenic spots.

Sunnyside Rural House is situated in a quiet and safe area, with all essential services nearby, such as a pharmacy, post office, ATM, and other shops. The strategic location allows for easy access to a wide range of activities, including hiking, nature walks, cycle paths, and visits to ancient villages. Bergamo Alta, with its UNESCO-listed Venetian walls, offers a wealth of cultural attractions and events.

The short distance to Milan, reachable in about 45 minutes, makes Sunnyside Rural House an excellent base for exploring the Lombard capital and its numerous museums and historical sites. Additionally, just 15 km away is the town of San Pellegrino, known for its Liberty-style architecture and surrounded by the beauty of Val Brembana.
