We are located 15 minutes away from Verbania and Mergozzo in a village comprised of cabins and stone houses. Our cabin is entirely at your disposal. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, who will sleep in a spacious double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a gas stove, oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishware. A large table with benches completes the dining area.

On the lower floor, which directly overlooks the private, fenced garden, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. The bidet is installed with the toilet. There is another room, separate from the others but sharing the garden, which contains a laundry area and a second bathroom with a bidet.

The garden includes a table with chairs and two loungers, perfect for relaxing between hikes, swimming in the river, or enjoying a day at Lake Maggiore and Lake Mergozzo. In the living room, there is a smart TV with internet access and WiFi, allowing you to work remotely if needed. An electronic lock with a numeric keypad and an app for door access via WiFi enables flexible check-in times.

In Ungiasca, there are no shops, but you can find various stores just a short distance away in both directions, along with supermarkets and services that are reachable within a 10-minute drive.
