The annexe is located in a beautiful recently renovated private property. It includes a living area with a kitchenette and a comfortable single sofa bed. The bathroom has two entrances, one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. Outside, there is a front area of the property ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners, as well as a private area with two sun loungers for relaxation.

The annexe is easily accessible from the highway, at the Ancona SUD exit, and is located just 8 km from the beautiful beaches of Portonovo, Numana, and Sirolo. We also offer private parking, WIFI connection, and a small area with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Air conditioning is available to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The annexe is available for short stays, with a minimum of 3 nights.
