The brand new B&B "Civico 58" has just been renovated and is located in Faloppio, just 10 km from the center of Como. The property is also situated 7 km from Sant'Anna Hospital (San Fermo della Battaglia) and 6 km from the Swiss border.

We offer 2 double rooms and one single room, all with private bathrooms. The furnishings are new and comfortable, including a wardrobe, desk, flat-screen TV with national channels, electronic safe, memory foam mattresses and pillows, air conditioning (in each room), and heating.

The bathrooms in all rooms are equipped with a shower and bidet, and we provide a courtesy set that includes shower gel, shampoo, and soap, as well as a hairdryer and bath linens.
