Opened in 2007 and authorized by the APT and the Municipality of Rome, this bed and breakfast provides a warm welcome in a recently renovated environment from 2021. The property features a bright double room with air conditioning, a small balcony, and a sea view, perfect for a relaxing stay. Guests also have access to a living area equipped with air conditioning, a kitchenette with a French sofa bed, furnished with a table, chairs, and a convenient built-in wardrobe, as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer.

Located in a quiet condominium with few apartments, the suite is situated on the fourth floor with an elevator and ensures privacy due to its separation from the rest of the apartment, where the owners also reside. Included amenities consist of breakfast, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a kitchenette complete with a fridge and microwave, a hairdryer, and initial and final cleaning with the provision of bed and bath linens. For longer stays, cleaning is done every three days, and linens are changed once a week.

The B&B's location is ideal for beach lovers, with a free beach and several equipped lidos located right in front. An important note: the tourist tax is not included in the overnight price.
