Situated on the second and top floor of a 17th-century building, the apartment was entirely renovated and furnished in 2023. Its layout features a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a small hallway, and a bathroom equipped with a spacious shower, along with a bedroom. A long balcony overlooks Alba street, offering a picturesque view.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa that converts into a French bed. Guests will find bed linens, both small and large towels, and a bathroom/shower welcome kit available.
