Your well appointed apartments and ensuite bedrooms have been lovingly restored in tradtional Italian farmhouse style. With beamed ceilings, wooden shutters & cotto tiles, your rooms are tranquil & relaxing.

Luxury bedding provides a tasteful finish & all rooms have delightful views over the garden, towards the ever changing colours of the valley. Nature & birds surround us.

If you reserve an en-suite bedroom, whilst we are unable to provide a full breakfast at the moment, with our compliments we leave in your room tea and coffee, milk, orange juice, water, a welcome bottle of wine, yoghurts and home-made cake for breakfast.

All your rooms have their own tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, complimentary toiletries, Wi-Fi, coded safe, hair dryer, towels & pool towels, terrace, outside seating area with shady trees, chairs & table, information pack & bluetooth radio.

We also provide local information books, walking books & leaflets, advice on where to dine, hammocks & a complimentary bottle of wine - in fact everything we can to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.

As well as our en-suite bedrooms, we have three apartments. Valley View Self-Catering Apartment sleeps uo to 4 guests, Garden View, up to 2 guests & The Stables Apartment up to 2 guests also. So in total we sleep up to 12 guests! You can even rent out the whole place for your family or friends get together!
Our beautiful Amandola area is perfect for hiking and biking, exploring hilltop towns and villages. We have and a horse riding stables just down the road at San Ruffino Lake along with fishing and kayaking. There are several bike hire shops in Amandola too. Something for the whole family to enjoy!
