The kitchen is made of masonry, well-finished, and fully equipped, allowing us to prepare delightful breakfasts for guests with homemade cakes and cookies.

On the ground floor, we have an independent two-room apartment with its own entrance, garden, and exclusive parking space. It consists of a spacious living area with an open kitchen, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower stall. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and a pellet stove.

On the upper floor, the three bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower stall, have been completely renovated along with the amenities. The rooms are bright, thanks to large windows that provide views of the courtyard and a beautiful landscape. Each room overlooks a different side, giving rise to the names of the rooms: Malatesta, Montefiore, and San Clemente.

Breakfast is served in the small dining area on the first floor or on the adjacent terrace, which offers a stunning view of the Romagna coastline. In addition to homemade pastries, guests can enjoy hot beverages, fresh fruit, savory breakfasts, and more.
