The property is just a few kilometers away from the National Olympic Center CONI in Formia. The Formia Swimming Club, located between Itri and Formia in the XXV Ponti area, offers an indoor and outdoor pool with a solarium, gym, and wellness center.

Villa Erika is also a great place to regenerate through activities like running, trekking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, trail running, and other outdoor activities that allow guests to immerse themselves in nature and experience the local forest heritage.
