0 stars! I would not recommend to anyone! Worst experience we’ve been through. We booked this b&b in the center of bologna, we left our bags to go for lunch. When we came back they told us that we needed to take our move to a different b&b because the “bathroom was broke”…they already had a plan and new b&b was OUTSIDE the city center and it was the most awful and disgusting place we’ve ever stayed in…B&B Ellegance… cold, very dirty, noisy… and we initially paid for breakfast but in the new place there was no breakfast. AND THE PRICE WAS THE SAME! The website did not give us an option to cancel or we would have lost the money. The “administrator” came to the new b&b and we expressed our unhappiness about the state of the place and about the whole situation and he said there’s nothing he can do. He gave us the number of the owner and we called him but he refused to answer. The Administrator INSISTED that we gave him the credit card there on the spot. I told him that the details of the credit card were put in the website when we first booked and he said and that i don’t feel safe to give my bank details to a stranger, I refused and gave him cash and he had no choice…obviously i did not get any sort of receipt. I contacted the website : “We will open an internal investigation” they said. My guess is that they re-booked our room for more money and moved us to an inferior b&b with the excuse of the broken bathrrom.

Io e mio fratello (veniamo dalla Croazia) abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni nella bellissima Bologna presso questo posto incredibile con il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo in tutta la città. La posizione della struttura è ottima, l'intero staff (Alfonso, Frank, Jerome) è semplicemente eccezionale - così educato, gentile e disponibile con qualsiasi tipo di domanda, incluso stampare i biglietti per l'aeroporto e rispondere alle e-mail alle 05:30. Il personale è molto professionale e le strutture sono pulite. Il lato negativo sarebbe solo la colazione. È inclusa nel prezzo e questo non può essere contestato, ma include solo caffè e cornetto presso il ristorante nelle vicinanze. Tutto il resto (pane tostato) deve essere pagato a parte. Nel caso la colazione includa una maggiore offerta (uova, panini, succhi, ecc.) sarebbe semplicemente perfetto. Nonostante questo, do un puro 10/10 a questa struttura. Buona fortuna con il lavoro e per favore continuate a essere così professionali e gentili.

Struttura e gestori top! Lo consiglio soprattutto se dovete visitare il centro di Bologna, 10 minuti a piedi! In più fermata d'autobus vicinissima per andare sia allo stadio che a Casalecchio! La struttura è molto bella e pulita, accoglienza impeccabile dell'host! C'è la possibilità anche di fare il deposito bagagli.

B&B professionale con reception fino alle 19:30, posizione centrale, gestore molto disponibile. Arredamento moderno ma usurato, bagno nuovo ma con scarichi lenti e leggero tanfo in stanza. Ho apprezzato il minibar, la possibilità di fare il caffè con la macchinetta inclusa, il bollitore e le ottime tisane ed anche il set di cortesia. Tuttavia la camera matrimoniale non è grandissima e sarebbe da rinfrescare. Colazione presso bar posto accanto alla struttura al piano terra.
